Payment of quarterly amount and maturity due and company unresponsive

Since July 2015 co has not paid Quarterly Interest and not refunded Maturity amount of 4L due in Nov 2015. No communication line or method work. Pl guide me on how to recover my dues. Thanking u in anticipation.
We need to see the terms of contract and on what terms and conditions we can file a recovery suit.
