Payment not received for supplies

our last supply was in the year 2012 and last payment received was the year 2014. Few small insallment were received in the year 2021. Can we file a case for winding up or is the case barred by the law of limitation.

Hi, The dates of supplies, nature of contract and payment schedules agreed between the parties needs to be understood before such an opinion is sought. If details are not available fully no recourse can be decided in this manner. A proper study of your case is required before we name it time barred. Hope has always a Solution ….
