Payment issues as the person is dead.

I have been doing business with one of my customer from the past 8-9 years . my concern is that the person who is giving my payment is now dead. So now who will be responsible for my payment or what I have to do to get the payment.

Even after death of the person you can recover the amount from his legal heirs like son, daughter etc.

But the amouny should be legally payable debt.

You can file suit for recovery to recover your debt .

after daeath of any person the business liability and assets of any person is divided between the family members and you have to determine that the liabilities lying on the person who is carring on the business of died person
