Pay day loan is harrasing me crediit plus app

This sampati securities ltd is not following guidelines they are asking my contacts details and also contacting my contacts without my permission also they are asking for gallery photos they are banned in play store but active apple store i have paid the 10000 amount 12500 was disbursed now they are asking for repayment of rs 18500, which is very high, they keep harrasing me for home visit witjout mu permission. I have already told my reason, i am mentally torcherd

This is a violation of RBI digital lending guidelines. I request all communication in writing only. Any fther harassment will be reported to RBI, C ime, and Police.

The lender cannot harass, threaten home visits, or contact your relatives without consent. Asking for contacts/gallery access and disclosing loan details violates RBI digital lending guidelines and privacy law. Excessive interest and charges are illegal. You may lodge complaints with RBI, local police for harassment, cyber cell for data misuse, and seek injunction/consumer relief. Recovery must be lawful and dignified.

Report the NBFC (Sampati Securities) to the RBI Ombudsman Harassment and accessing contacts violate RBI Fair Practices. Also, file a cyber complaint with the concerned Cyber Cell as per the concerned laws applicable in your case.
