Is your business of a continuous nature? Do you have to keep buying this product/service from the company? If so, then till when? According to what you have stated, it appears that you have purchased goods/services which turned out to be of sub-standard nature and you do not want to continue with the same as it is incurring losses for you. In such a case, you can file a suit for damages and recover the monies spent on sub-standard goods/services. Further, in the same suit, you can ask for a relief of injunction and termination in order to discontinue whatever business relationship you are in with this company.

You cam send a legal notice to the company regarding deficiency in services and compensation thereto, if despite legal notice the company is not redressing your grivances, you can file consumer complaint for compensation and damages before district consumer forum.
