Online Private tution for IGCSE Math 9th std not providing the refund

I had enrolled my daughter in to an online home 1:1 tutorial for maths IGCSE 9th standard . As per the initial invoice and agreement we made payment for 50 hrs @1200/hr. Once the tutorial is completed for 28 hours the owner of the academy stopped the tution. They are not making repayment for 22 hours not completing the tuition for 22 hours. Please help how can we proceed in this case. We have all the communication evidence with the academy done till date
If they have not been repaying you, then, a Legal Notice can be sent to them under the concerned provisions of the CPC, 1908. If after sending Legal Notice, still they won't pay you, then Civil Suit in City Civil Court can be filed against them.
