Online fraud credit card payment

I have been cheated by fraudster online 70k. Already made complaint to bank and cyber crime department . That is of no usennNow bank is asking for complete payment of fraud.Please suggest what to do.

Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to send them a legal notice specifying the incident happened and thereby what actions have been taken by you. Once the reply to legal notice is received and if it is not in our favour, we can go to Banking Ombudsman regarding the conduct of Bank. File a case to the magistrate for registration of FIR, and place all the relevant records before the magistrate or file a RTI in the Cyber crime department for the status and action taken on your complaint.

Hello consumer... Once you have filed complaint to bank and cyber crime you must have got the complaint number also from the account which the transaction had been done the bank is bound to ptovide the account holder TID and with the help of same you can file the complaint before RBI on its website by attaching all the details of complaint and then you can gobfor trial also. Also file a complaint in near by Police Station and also put in the details of same.
