Online course refund and loan agents saying they will default

I enrolled for simplilearn job gurantee program before enrolling the agents called me everytime after enrolling the learning consultant who is assigned to me not even answering my calls and not giving proper replies in whatsapp. I asked him to cancel my course now they are saying i can’t cancel the course it is not under the policy like that. They applied loan and made me join the course now loan agents calling and asking me to pay emi its been 2 months i raised many tickets nobody responds properly. Now loan agents are saying they will report my profile as default so that i cannot get loans in future. Please i need help.

hi you could file case against them in consumer court asking for refund of the amount for the courses enrolled and need to see the course terms and conditions mentioned in it and take action against loan company also
