Olive Nest paying guest forced to pay power bill

Hello Sir/Madam, This PG is located at Ayyappa Society 100 feet road, near Hi-tech City Madhapur, Hyderabad. Monthly rent charged was Rs.11000 non AC and 14000 ac, but not providing the electricity which we need to recharge and get the lights and fan operated. When I questioned them they said monthly amount is not sufficient for us so if power is required recharge and use.Kindly advice how can I file a complaint and what would be the legal action against the management.

hi if they are not providing proper facilities like electricity then you could file case against them for deficiency of service as it is a basic need by sending legal notice and if they failed to act then you could file consumer complaint in forum
