Not paid Rs. 300000 as a friend loan taken in 2018

Dear Sir, My friend gave me Rs. 400000 in 2018 and I repaid Rs. 100000 and meantime I lost the job. Now my friend said that he want Rs. 300000 within 10 days else he will file summary suit and also he will file 420. I did not give any cheque neither we made any agreement or promissory note. My friend said that he had NEFT screen which he sent to me in 2018I can pay per month Rs.5000 but he does not want the same and asking for Rs.300000 at one go. I want to pay his money every month. But he threaten to file 420 casePlease help sir what should I do else as i am in severe depression.

Well, you need not worry at all, considering, your friend has no evidence against you, that, he had given the loan to you. He has got the mere evidence, that, he had paid Rs four lakhs to you through NEFT, but, why he paid you? He has no evidence for it
