I finalized a property on No broker platform. Nobroker's RM sends me a payment link to collect money as token amount. (I have a clear email stating money is being collected for token amount and will be transferred to Seller Account). After payment, They started forcing me to buy their services. They started telling me paid amount will be considered for legal and other services. Later, Seller backed out. Nobroker is still holding my fund. I want refund and compensation.
Hello, money collected by RM of No broker taken money taken for specific purposes cannot be used for the other services like legal or any other services. Money given for special purposes can be recovered if that particulate job cancelled. If they are not agreeing and forcing to take any package then gor recovery of money through court of law.
