Not giving my money after receiving it

My relative (cousin) has took a 10 lakh from me for the site purchase after registration he told that he will return to me but after all the things happened he is not returning my money back I have bank statement as a proof how to recover my money please suggest me?

Respected You can file the suit for recivery if t he transaction took place withing three years and as you infomred that you have proof, then you proceed. Since it the civil recovery, only you cant approch the civil court. If ok, you can contact us or already contacted other respective advocate, kindly igonre this message.
