Not getting refund money even after written confirmation

I had engaged a jobsearch portal for my job search. They said was a low priced service. But when they started online registn for each step they kept asking for paymt. I paid upto 48-50k when they asked for more 50k & my card got declined. I realised that time that I had paid huge amt without knowing. I spoke to them abt cancelling my registration &refund my money. I sent formal cancellation mail & they responded that refund will happen in 45days .i have'nt rcvd till date even after multiple mail

Well, if they have promised you to refund and despite that, they have not been refunding the amount by cancelling your registration, then, you can file a case of Breach of Promise against them before the concerned City Civil Court
