Not getting basic facilities Roads, water pressure, electricity monopoly
18-Nov-2024 (In Recovery Law)
Lack of basic facilities, damaged roads. Electricity monopoly, no net metering, no solar, internet monopoly, cam charges been increased from Rs.2.40 to 7.10 in 5 years with 5% annual increase, free hold society, last 20 years not getting completion certificate no gas pipe line etc. Please legal advice, should we go to RERA, NCLT, or NCRDC?
You cannot go to NCLT as it is not an insolvency issue , FOR RERA was your project completion date is before or after May 1 , 2017 only if it after then RERA will apply. Regarding NCRDC your claim value should be above 2 crore , then you can approach it for redressal of your grievance and it would be the most appropriate forum
