non repayment of loan and interest due and not attended the court

Non payment of loan we gone to the court and the person never came to the court, then security sold by auction as per the court order. thereafter the owner filed petition in the high court for the incorrect? can we file cash after auction of the property by court?

Yes, you can file for the encashment after the Court auction. There is a legal process for it which you need to follow as per the concerned provisions of the concerned act under which you have filed an application for the auction of the Properties to recover your money from the Defaulter.
