Non refund of Deposit amount of 30000 ruppes

i need legal help regarding a property deposit Advance paid to the landlord, due to pandemic and health reasons i cancelled moving into a property and requested the advance paid refund, but the landlord is uncooperative i seek advice on legal grounds for refund.
Well, I need to study the contract executed by you with the landlord while booking the property with him, based upon the terms and conditions of such contract, I can conclusively say : whether you get the refund of advance amount paid or not after the cancellation which you have made in terms of not 'moving in' in that Booked Property.
