Non Refund of consultation fee by Bajaj Fin Corp Health .

Appointment booked on 4th June and cancelled on 5th June. Paid through SBI credit card. Assured refund of my money . Contacted over phone many times sent emails also. They are making false promises. Whom to complain and how to get my money?

hi if they are not refunding the consultation fees then you could send a legal notice to them asking them to refund the money as they are adopting unfair trade practice and if they failed to act then you could file consumer complaint in forum seeking compensation
