Non Payment of dues Amount of Rs. 42500 from last 3 months

Hi. My issue is as follows:nnI had Amazon coupon so I asked my supplier (Delhi) that if he need to purchase something from Amazon, can use my Coupon & pay me cash in instalments. nnHe said purchase me iPhone 13 for me & my brother so I ordered for Rs. 1.32 Lac on 2nd Nov 2022 & it got delivered on 4th Nov at his Karkardoma Delhi address. His shop is in Karol BaghIt was agreed to pay earlier 30k weekly & then 45k weekly but he failed to meet his commitments. His last payment dt 7th Jan 2023 (means from last 1 month No Payment came). Till date he paid 89500 & still 42500 is PendingPls suggest, what better options I have now where he can release the o/s Fund to me on priority.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have to file a case for recovery of pending amount. You can start by sending a notice of recovery. Did you sign any agreement with him citing the payment plan? I can guide you further after knowing all the relevant facts of the case. feel free to contact me.

Dear Client, The main thing in this case is that have you signed any agreement with that person or not, if you have signed agreement then your case is very strong otherwise we can issue a legal notice to that person for repayment of your due amount following other legal remedies.
