Non payment of Corporate Credit Card

Hi, I was an employee of Pvt Ltd Company. Since 2014 company has applied Corporate Credit Card for Vendors Payment on Company Financial Documents. Company has authorized me as employee to use credit card for Vendor Payment on behalf of Company. Company gone in loss and shut down. Company has not paid last bill. Now Bank giving trouble to me.. How can i get free from this .

Well, Bank ideally and legally needs to bother Company to make the payment of outstanding dues for the Credit Card Usage done for Vendor Payment for and on behalf of the Company by you under their instructions, still, if they have been bothering you, it means, that, might they think that you have not followed the instructions of the Company and applied your mind to overexceed the credit card for doing unnecessary expenses which resulted into the Company's loss. However, whatever their thinking mat be, I will defend you as a lawyer and the Bank too in getting your issues sorted if you appoint me as your lawyer.
