Non payment of construction final bill

13-Jun-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Since, the cost of construction is higher than the Average Cost due to Global crisis such as steel, cement, sand, stone aggregates, plywood materials, and M Sand have had a major price increase in the last year, pushing up the overall construction cost. To ensure that client needs and expectations are fulfilled with the aim of achieving client satisfaction, we have initiated the construction marginal cost, so clients are only charged the optimum price difference, to purchase the materials used for their project. There are no additional charges for our services or profit added to this. n nBut my client has only paid 50% and denied for other half to pay for it. I need to put stay on his property and then want other half from it in legal way.

Before going legally in this matter I would suggest you to send your client a legal notice. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file for permanent injunction in the civil court and put a stay on the property. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If the cost of construction has been raised without the prior consent or approval of the purchaser the same can not be claimed. However details needs to be known for better advice. Feel free to contact
