Non consideration amount for property


10-Apr-2026 (In Recovery Law)
Since last 10 years not received land consideration amount. Buyer died and his wife run away to america. What i can do ?

You can file a suit for recovery of money against the persons even if the buyer is dead your right still exist against his assets you can file application against wife of the disease person since she is a legal hair of the deceased you can file suit against his legal representatives and you have a reason for winning the case you can also attach the property belonging to the deceased as well as her as well as his wife

get an attachment over the property. 3 years is the limitation time. make sure that limitation period will not over after your demand. you can approach the local munsiff court or sub court according to the value.
