I had online bought a product. the delivery date was of 3 months. Even after the expiry of the dates the product has not been delivered. Money paid in advance. Company not fullfiling terms and conditions. Cancelled order. I need compensation

You haven't described wether this is a business or consumer transaction. I assume after cancellation of order you have received the payment. Based on the aforesaid facts we can suggest you an appropriate remedy to claim compensation.
