Neither sending goods nor repaying money

I use to purchase electronic goods from Kerala based dealer, after some transactions has happened. That Kerala dealer defaulted for some huge amount now they are neither sending goods nor repaying amount to me .... I had all the proofs relating to payment done to that person. 7-8 months time has lapsed, now can i recover that amount along with interest amount...... I need legal advice on this issue nPls Note : All the above said payments was done through online payments

hi if the dealer is not paying you money or defaulted then you could file case against him for recovery of money and was there any agreement made for transactions and paying and you could initiate process by sending legal notice
