Need to recover money from my colleague

I have given 47000 rupees to my colleague from my previous organisation and when I am asking her to repay the amount,she is saying that she will file a complaint against me that I have sex with her forcefully which is completely a lie.

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein you lend a person some money and now that person is not giving you money back and is on the verge to lodge false complaint against you, it is advisable to consult in private in order to maintain the privacy of the matter.
