Need to file case in Nclt court against Pvt. Ltd. Company

We are a transporter on Port, we transported coal for a Pvt. Ltd.co Which is Mumbai based. Company is now making delay to pay our bills.. outstanding as of now is approx 20lacs.. now what is the process to file Case in NCLT court.. pls guide...
First of all you will have to send notice as per form 3or 4 under bankruptcy and insolvency act to the company and give them 10 days time. They are bound to revert you within 10 days with the schedule of payment. If they fail to do so then only you can file petition In NCLT
