Respected Sir,
Iam jitendra. I am working as android developer in a private company. I am earning 1 lack per month. But I have emi's in 5 private banks for 1 lack 60 thousand rupees per month.
But now my financial position is very bad due to loss in my aqua culture business. So i need max 12 months time to continue my emi's. Can i get time to continue my emi's from the court. Please tell me the procedure in court. through which act & section i should follow for this. thanking you.
