NEED LEGAL HELP FOR MONEY STUCK IN PATASANSTHA

I, Gaurav Mashalkar write this on behalf of my father Prakash Gajanan Mashalkar who is a senior citizen . We are from Aurangabad, Maharashtra and we had deposited our money in fixed deposit in Bhaichand Hirachand Raisoni (BHR) Patasanstha. However in June 2014 we were told that BHR was having some financial problems and we have not received any money since then. We have visited Jalgaon head office where we have submitted all claim documents. We have sent legal notice to BHR in June 2016 but the same was returned without any response.
If you have already filed for your claim documents then please follow up and also try issuing a fresh legal notice for recovery of your money and also file a suit for the same
If you run out of limitation then you may face issues in filing of your case and if you file within time your case will be lodged in the civil court
