I lost my job 6 months back. I have personal loans and credit cards ( 9Lakhs ).
Till last month i was able to arrange money and paid EMI's and Not paid credit card dues.
At present I am attending interviews. I am not in the position to pay now.
I need legal advice and want to procced legally. I need cool off period for 2-3 years and I will clear.
