Need help in recovery of the money from country club

Greetings,nI was inadvertently cheated by the country club (Holidays service provider). I paid them around 175K/- in 2018. I have not availed of any services from the. I have sent so many emails to their customer service for a refund. They cheated me by showcasing the properties which they did not own. I wanted to book a property which they displayed in the blog on their website but their customer services told me that they did not own the property. I do not want to leave money with them and I do not intend to avail any of the services from them in future. If any lawyer can help me recover my money from them, I am willing to share half of the recovery amount with the lawyer. I can provide all the documentation whichever is required.
