Need help don't know what to do now?

i have a Cc in bank of baroda of 9.75 lakh which was done under up government scheme. when the loan was given it was free of mortgage but after some years bank give advice to attach a property to it (although my father already have a cc account in that bank and that property already attached to it) . Now my business closed due to some issue and I am unable to pay anything. I can sell the house but need 4 to 5 months and I already bounced 2 intrests. what can I do now?

No issues just approach High Court here court will grant time to manage things but as per that you should file a writ petition before High Court and need more clarification you may contact us then I'll try to resolve that issues.
