Need clarification do my below matter

24-Mar-2026 (In Recovery Law)
I have taken a loan in 2016 for purchasing a flat, I could pay the EMI until 2019 without any issues. Since I left my job in 2019, it was getting mighty difficult to pay the loan, I had to stop EMI’s. After few months, I raised a DRT application for this loan, however bank started a OA application to my reply and trying to capture my flat now by virtue of a DM permission it seems. Can we save ourselves by an injunction? Or still they can take over possession? They are not providing time to sell.

Yes, I can assist you in this matter. I have been dealing with DRT, SARFAESI, bank recovery, injunction and possession-related matters for the last 21 years. Since the bank is trying to take possession through DM permission, urgent scrutiny of the DRT application, OA, 13(2), 13(4), Section 14 order and possession notice is required. Proper stay/injunction and time-for-sale relief may be done through High Court. Connect for thorough guidance.
