Need assistance in recovering Loaned Money from a person

Loaned 53K to a new office acquaintaince for his child's school fees as he was in need. Now past 2 months, he is absconding from office, not answering my calls & sms and not even returning my money. Please help me to recover my money.

It’s nearly impossible to prove that you gave him a friendly loan unless you have some evidence to prove about the same.
If you have very reliable witness who doesn’t have any outright interest in the outcome of the case, then there is possibility you may have a fight to recover your loaned amount.

You can file a recovery suit in a civil court against him. If you have taken any PDCs from him you should encash the same. In case it gets dishonoured you should file a section 138. Before all of that you should get an FIR lodged against that person.
