Need advice on how to proceed with a pending payment (1 year+)

Hi, I sold some jewellery items in Thrissur, Kerala, last year in August. At the time, the Jeweller (X) said he doesn't have the money on hand and will send it in 45 days. As the family had dealt with X before, we didn't mind the wait. However, every time we call, X promises to pay and never does. I have all bills and proofs, including a letter from him Payment originally due: 9.44L Received money: 1.74L What's the best way to proceed now? I'm based in Blore, and X is in Kerala (Thrissur)

Hai.. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. issue legal notice to him seeking the payment of money if he fail you need to approach court for recovery of money for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
