NCLT THRESHOLD LIMIT REQUIREMENT - MINIMUM CREDITORS REQUIRED

My outstanding is 60 lacs and threshold limit for filing a NCLT Case is 1 Cr. Can i jointly file a case with other Creditor whose outstanding is 80 lacs against the same Customer in NCLT ??

If the cause of action of all the Creditors is same, then, they all together by forming an association or body of persons, can file a case in NCLT, but, the economic threshold limit of all their claims should be 1 Crore or more than Rs 1 Crore.
