hi if the loan agents are continously harassing your son for the unpaid loans and trying to freeze the bank accounts then you could approach the Court seeking relief to not to harass your family members

A lender cannot arbitrarily freeze all bank accounts or demand immediate full repayment merely because multiple loans were taken, especially when EMIs are being paid regularly. Unless your son has committed fraud, given false documents, or defaulted, such threats are legally unsustainable. Loan liability is governed by the loan agreement, and repayment must follow agreed terms. Your son should immediately: 1. Preserve the notice/call recordings/messages, 2. Check whether any false income declaration or suppression was made during loan applications, 3. Respond in writing denying unlawful threats and confirming regular EMI payments, and 4. Continue paying all EMIs without fail. If the NBFC uses coercive recovery methods, threatens account freeze, or harasses him, he can: - File a complaint before the RBI Ombudsman / appropriate regulatory authority, and - Seek legal protection against unfair recovery practices. Do not panic or make lump-sum payment under pressure. A finance company cannot override due process merely by issuing threats.
