My sister discontinued her BHMS course in Aug/Sep 2025 due to medical issues. The college is demanding ₹1.3 lakh for the remaining 3 years and withholding her original documents. We need legal advice.

If the college is withholding original documents or demanding the entire course fee, issue a legal notice. Such action may be challengeable depending on UGC/NMC rules, the admission terms and facts as per the concerned provisions of law.
