my lender wants to file a complaint against me

I took 2 lakhs from a person almost 2 years ago. He didn't ask me interest nor did he ask the principal amount for the first year. He started asking me to return the money from the last year. But i couldn't return it since i lost my job.i somehow arranged 1 lakh and returned it to him on Nov 2023. He has been asking for the remaining amount ever since. I wasn't able to arrange it. He wants to file a complaint against me on Monday 5th feb.what would happen after complaint is registered?
