My husband took 20 lakhs of loan amount on my name when I was doing job. Whole 20 lakhs amount has been transferred to my husband's a/c. My husband took all money. Now I don't hv job and currently we are seperated. So now EMIs are getting bounced every month since my husband not paying amount properly and bank people are after me each time EMIs gets bounced. I don't want this headache. I want to transfer my loan a/c to my husband's a/c Or I want my 20 lakhs back. I decided to take divorce.

hi you could ask the bank people to transfer the account to your husband if he is not paying the amount otherwise then you could file for maintenance on grounds of not looking after you to look after you
