My friend's house seized due to non payment of load and they asked time but didn't provided by bankHow can it be proceed further to get the house returnKindly assist, he has two daughter who are studying college, now no house to stay. Bank locked house and told them to leave.

Dear Client, Received your query as for your concern the bank should taken a legal executional proceedings, and mostly non appearance of the court case on behalf of the bank should be contested earlier, now if the order available finally you may seek a appeal but with cause of reason on the non appearance for the earlier cases. henceforth can have a chance of challenging through the present appeal. Thanks.
