My friends ex boyfriend denying to return the money

My friend lended 8lakhs to her boyfriend. Now he is refusing to give money back as there are no written messages stating he has taken the money. But there is a bank transaction for the same. What is best way to move forward she is also in huge debt after giving money to him. Also, he hid the fact that he was married and had two kids she by chance got to know that. Then he convinced her by saying things that he is getting divorce etc. He was big time fraud

you can file a police complaint for fraud and under section 376 if any relation hans been made out if you dont want to do that then you will filed a recovery suit to reciver your aledged amount hire a advocate and discuss the matter in brief with him
