My friend took bike on my name now he is not ready to pay the emi

I have given my documents to take a bike on my name to my friend after successful disbursement of laon and he took bike he paid 2-3 emi on time and then suddenly lock down came and he refuse to pay the loan amount and now he is not responsding to my calls and he is saying he has submitted the bike to bank but doesn't received bike as he given me the surrender letter also but bank is saying that this is not our bank letter we don't know we want bike orelse pay the remaining amount . Kindly help

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint against your friend and get that Police Complaint converted into FIR. You can get your friend booked under Sec 420 of IPC for committing the Offence of Cheating with you. Moreover, you can book him for Criminal Breach of Trust too.
