My father was working (permanent)at central bank of india, he was died in 2013. My mother filled all the documents and submitted to bank of EX GRATIA. But till now she haven't receive any amount of it. What to do?

U submit a representation/complaint to the concerned authorities for this and ask them to address ur grievance urgently , if they do not respond then file a petition in the court for necessary direction .If u have already submitted complaints then file a petition immediately.
