My Father was taken a loan before he passed away.

Mere papa ne ek local sahukar se ek loan liya tha 3 thousand ka, maybe uske pas stamp paper bhi hai. Mene abhi tak dekha to nhi hai but ho skta hai. Problem yah hai ki ab vo un 3 hajar ka byaj laga ke lakho rupay mang rha hai. Mere papa ka dehant 2008 me ho gya tha, nnproperty sari hamare nam pe hai nKharidi hui hai, we are note able to pay debt. Vaise hi bahot problem hai. Vo gar aake pareshan krne lga hai ab to. Please help

Don't worry, agar aapke father ne loan liya hai tab aapki liability nahi hai. Father ki death k saath unki unsecured liability bhi khatm ho jaati hai. Aap police main usske against complaint kar sakte hai.
