My bank account debit is freeze

My bank account is freeze from last 2 month under 91 and 102 crpc by cyber crime ahemdabad i have seen cyber notice in bank a boy jeet have done complain on rukiya khatun their transaction is somewhere connected to me but in very long chain by the help of notice i contact jeet and asked about the matter he said he already taken FIR back on 17 nov i don't know what to do

For this purpose we can file a case in district court to remove the debit freeze and same will be automatically defreeze by court order after mentioning that FIR has been withdrawn and police didn’t followed the procedure while putting debit freeze.
