Your bank account may have been frozen due to lien orders issued by different police stations or enforcement authorities based on pending complaints. You have the right to obtain a copy of the lien/freeze orders from Axis Bank under RBI guidelines. Once you get the details of which PS or authority issued the freeze, you can file a written representation to that police station seeking lifting of the lien, as freezing without communication violates due-process requirements. If there is no response, you may approach the jurisdictional Court under Section 457 CrPC seeking defreezing of your account, or file a writ petition before the High Court to challenge the arbitrary freeze and obtain immediate directions.

hi you need to give complaint to the local station house officer in police station about the frrezing of account and if they failed to take any action on it then you could file petition in court to unfreeze your account
