As last month unable to make payment on unsecured loans like Personal loan and Credit card outstanding due to which Total debt on me is now 22 lac I want to get out of this need legal advice
Well, in order to get rid of loans, you need to manage your fundings first. You need to set priorities, you need to do less expenses and have to try to increase your income flows to pay your EMIs, on legal front, if after doing what I said, you will still not able to pay your loan, then, you can either go for Loan Restructuring or pleading to RBI to waive off your loan or similar prayer, you can make to court by declaring yourself as pauper.
