Mortgage KVP(kisan vikas patra) lost by bank

Sir I have taken a PMRY loan and the loan is also settled by lok adaalat and I paid the money but bank has lost my mortgage KVP and not given me no dues. My loan account is still active since 2016. Please tell me the solution and tell me what actions can I take against the bank to solve this issue

As per statememt you have right to file the case of deficiency against the Bank for non compliance of order of Lok Adalat and also file complaint against Bank before Ombudsman for compliance. Feel free then call for more legal assistance
