Money taken in the name of stock market trading


27-Aug-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I have taken around 23 lakhs from few friends and gave them around 10 lakhs in the name of stock market returns. They were fully aware that money is invested in stock market. Now I have no money left and I don't have any options left to repay as all the money is lost.

have any agreement done between you... if any agreement or terms written at the time of taking money than your friends can sue recovery case against you... to get all things in details contact us any time..

All depends upon the agreement you guys had during the transaction of that money. If they come with the recovery of their money from you, You need to prove that they have the knowledge of risk involved in the investment of money in the share market.
