Money repayment issue from borrower side

Sir we have give money to a guy now it's more than 2years till now he is not paying back the amount threating us to what do u want can u plz suggest me how to deal the case legally we have aggrement documents

hi if he is not repaying the amount despite entering into an understanding then you could file a suit for recovery of money to be paid alongwith interest after sending legal notice to him for recovery of money
