Money reocover, Cheating and fraud

A is borrower from Banks and NBFC Company and handover the money to B. The intention to give money not to earn money on profit basis , but help in his toughest time like Medical Emergencies, Loans repayments etc. But B , played game with A and cheated , did fraud and doing fake promises and commitments to pay the amount to A. Now A wants to recover the mony from B. All transactions done through online to B by A. A want to file a case, so what should A do to recover the amount from B. Please advi
hi if you want to recover the money from your friend then you could send legal notice for recovery of money and if he failed to respond or give notice then you could file petition in court seeking damages for recovery of money with interst
